Excellent service, quality work, 1000% recommended...that's how we want businesses that know what they're doing and charge accordingly. The places I've been to only offered urethane, and no...I went to them and they fixed my factory vehicle without urethane...thank you, keep it up!

They have a misleading advertising campaign on Instagram. They talk about many things to sell themselves and project a certain image, but deep down they're a dishonest company. The price is outrageous compared to the quality of the work, which is incomplete and mediocre. The customer service is rude, from the manager (it's understandable that she's ill, but that doesn't excuse it) to the expert technician, who is indeed excellent, but is overwhelmed with work and has lost his attention to detail due to the pressure to bill. The workshop itself is also in ruins (the ceiling is falling on your vehicle and damaging the paint), the area is very disorganized, and they even trip over the mess. Furthermore, there's no proper waiting area because the supposed red tent wasn't there; they want you to sit on broken plastic chairs... but they also want you to pay a premium rate?

The woman who serves is very arrogant, she has no education when it comes to listening to the customer, she is one of those people who thinks she knows everything with an air of superiority, apart from that they charge super expensive, they want to charge as if you are in the US, in dollars as if here in the DR we pay in dollars, I recommend buying a new bumper instead, since the normal thing is to charge 2000 or 3000 pesos for one of those jobs, but they want to charge 7, 8 and even 12,000 pesos for a job it is totally crazy.

In my experience, I think they do excellent work and find a solution to your problem if it's solvable. 10/10 for quality. Regarding the price, I think they exaggerate the cost of plastic welding, which isn't really that complicated. My recommendation is that they be a bit more responsible as a business because it won't be long before more people start copying this type of business, as Dominicans love to do, offering better prices and creating competition.
