I don't know what's happened to them lately, but they've gone from impeccable service to leaving your car dirty. Their prices are now much higher, and you even get confused about what you want done to your car because each wash includes something different that others don't offer—it's crazy. It's a shame because I live right next door, and it was really convenient for me. I'll be taking it somewhere else from now on. I'm seeing a lot of negative comments now; this isn't an isolated incident or just a personal whim. I hope the owners read these comments.
