Terrible service, I know I shouldn't leave anything of value but they took my work fleet out of the car while they were washing it.

I went at 2 PM today, Sunday, and they wouldn't let me in, saying there were too many vehicles 😃😃

Poor service; it's not the only time I've been there and they've left dirty things.

Terrible service. Sometimes they leave my car poorly washed, they didn't even touch the trunk. I gave them a second chance and they didn't put the floor mats back in, nor did they return them. You have to be vigilant and check every time. Oh, and now they're trying to charge 1,000 pesos for a 600-peso wash... very bad service!

Lamentablemente el peor servicio que e recibido por parte de la venezolana que esta ahi y el supervisor que recibe los vehiculos, lleve mi vehiculo para lavar y el lavador realizo un excelente trabajo cosa que no hay duda pero lamentablemente las alfombras de mi vehiculo las extraviaron pero cuando voy a reclamarles me dicen que al yo no ir las 24 horas despues ellos no pueden ayudarme ya que se pierde la responsabilidad de ellos dar respuesta o buscar las alfombras de mi vehiculo, lo que me da a entender que ellos se quedan con los articulos y se los quedan o los venden, algun negocio hay ahi con los que trabajan ahi, y cuando pido que revisen las camaras me dicen que no pueden ya que el gerente es el unico que las puede ver y que no lo van hacer por que yo me pase de las 24 horas para reclamar, TENGAN CUIDADO QUE ALGUN NEGOCIO HAY AHI
