Got my 2018 rav4 here good prices and good staff members when i get my baseball contract im getting my next car here

Bought a Porsche Cayenne at Autohaus. Jose Ml. Peguero told me the Matricula will take 1-2weeks maximum. 7 weeks later I still don’t have it and he is not replying to my messages! Thought this is a big trustful dealer where I will purchase more vehicles in the future but unfortunately not!

We were calling for the shop, our car broke and we had to confirm with them to take it there, the car dealership part would take the call and say they didn’t know if the shop was still open or would direct the call to the shop and no one would answer, this went on for an hour and a half. We had to call another car service shop (mechanic). Terrible terrible service, all that time I was in t e middle of the street waiting to get towed and needed a shop to take the car. Never again!!!!
