My maintenance appointment was scheduled for a specific time, and after three hours they hadn't even touched my car (it was just an oil and filter change). It's a shame they waste people's time. What's most annoying is that they claim to be a great company within the Lama group, yet their after-sales service is so terrible. It's 2025, and they don't know the meaning of respecting people's time, especially after giving you a supposed appointment... Oh, and if you don't arrive at least half an hour after your appointment time, they won't even see you! Seriously?! We're supposed to wait forever?! What a lack of ethics.

The service in general is terrible: long response times, long wait times to schedule maintenance appointments, and the staff seems lost when it comes to the services and information requested. It's a complete mess. I've been with the brand for four months and I already want to sell it so I don't have to deal with Avant anymore.

The workshop and after-sales service have become a DISASTER in the last two years. There's an incredible lack of communication; it's clear there's no system for receiving and notifying customers. I love the Citroën brand, but these last two years have been a very unpleasant experience with the Avant dealership.

Terrible service and workshop!! It's not the first time, and I regret choosing Citroen as the brand for my vehicle. A literal week for simple maintenance and some adjustments, despite telling them how urgent it was to return since I live in the interior of the country and not in Santo Domingo. This was completely ignored, causing me to lose an entire day of work. Even so, when they finally returned the vehicle, they hadn't managed to complete all the tasks, so they politely invited me to come back as if this were the best option if you DON'T LIVE in Santo Domingo. I have never experienced such bad service as Citroen. 100 stars for the WORST SERVICE in any workshop!! And the service cost so much, it wasn't even 100% complete—it's exorbitant! These experiences with Grupo Avant provide enough material for podcasts.
