Rented a few times from here and it's been great. Location is on the first underground parking level 1 right down the escalator from Carrefour. Good and cost efficient cars (compact SUVs) and excellent customer service. Manuel and others have been top level. Manuel was so nice that he let me join the wifi and have a short call for work while returning the car 😊🙏

Xavier handled my reservation at DR. He went above and beyond with what I needed. I got an upgrade due to the reserved car not been available, the car was clean and super comfortable. It was a smooth ride! Thank you Xavier, I'll be back soon!!

What a joke. I made a reservation and got several reminders and confirmation e-mails. Guess what? We take an Uber from our hotel all the way to this location in the basement of a mall, and they're closed for the day. What a joke. Avoid, avoid. Not the first time Avis failed me in Latin America.

This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had in my life. The agency opened 30 minutes late. The one agent told us they had no cars for our 9am reservation and that we had to wait until cars arrived. When they finally arrived, at 11am, we were given a "free upgrade" but were now required to pay for extra insurance. Terrible. I will never be renting from Avis ever again in the Dominican Republic. Beware.

Unreliable. I made a reservation yesterday and was confirmed by Bibiana Ruiz ghis morning and then she sent a WhatsApp message saying they didn’t have the vehicle available ehen I was supposed to pick it up tomorrow july 1st a 10:00 am at Down Town Crntee Santo Domingo.
