The best service and attention. I booked my vehicle from the United States, and Willie is a tremendous professional. I'm speechless at the quality of service he and his company provide. I highly recommend them. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Many blessings.

The worst car rental experience I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating, but the guy gave me a defective vehicle that wasn't roadworthy. I asked him to change the car, and he gave me the runaround for five hours, saying he was eating and all that. In the end, he didn't change anything, and I had to rent another car at the last minute because he refused to exchange it. But the worst part was that he wouldn't refund my money, and I didn't even use the car because I left it there to pick up the next day. All he said was that he gave me a car in perfect condition and that I was the one who returned it. He knew what he had, which is why he didn't even give me a contract or an inspection sheet on the day I rented the car. The mistake was mine; I didn't check it properly in front of him, but you learn from your mistakes. I absolutely do not recommend him. He should be more professional and honest with his customers.
