What an awful experience. Attendant clearly did not want to be there. the car wash we paid for was supposed to be the top tier called optima. Every step of the way we have to remind the staff to perform all parts of the Optima wash. Also, every employee was asking for additional money, claiming items were not included. Really? Cleaning the windows from the inside is not included? Also, tipping once should be enough, asking for money every step of the way is a turnoff. Too bad.
