Terrible experience with customer service via WhatsApp. I requested information about a service, they sent me a PDF outlining the services, and I scheduled an online consultation because I work and can't attend in person on the days they offer it. I confirmed the date and asked for the time. They never responded again. Zero follow-up and zero professionalism. If this is how they communicate before I pay, I don't even want to imagine what it's like afterward.
