We had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar in Punta Cana! The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can really tell they care about making sure guests have a great experience. A special shoutout to Gabriel and the entertainment team — they were fantastic and brought so much energy and fun to the resort every day. They truly made our stay even more memorable. The resort itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The food was also delicious with plenty of great options. Everything from the restaurants to the buffets exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend staying here. We will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel, beach, pool, food, staff and entertainment all excellent. A couple of small issues, no menu for cocktails? I'm not usually a cocktail drinker so don't know what is what, a menu would have been helpful. Sometimes the service in buffet and restaurants were not consistent, no glasses for water or juice on a morning, this only happened a few times, usually a good service. We were in block 63 floor 3, Perla from housekeeping was amazing, our room was spotless, everything replenished daily and so friendly ❤️ thank you Perla for a great job! Melvin who worked by the pool helped us with parasols the first 2 days...excellent friendly service from him also! Yesindra the waitress by the pool was fab too, so helpful and supplied us with drinks 🍸 throughout the day, nothing to much trouble for her. Entertainment team did an amazing job without pressure to join in, activities were fab as was all of the evening entertainment...spot on! For all other staff at this resort you do an excellent job in every aspect from reception, waiting staff, chefs, gardeners, pool attendants, housekeeping, coffee shop staff, bar staff, entertainment and everyone as a whole...well done for making our stay an amazing one!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The entertainment crew, Evelin Barbie was the sweetest and Luis was very nice. The wait staff at the restaurants and the pool were very accommodating and remembered us and our preferred drinks. The room was serviced a couple times a day and was quite comfortable. We slept GREAT! Would definitely return.

We just got back from a 5-night stay at Bahía Príncipe Luxury Ambar and had an amazing experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the service was top tier — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff truly made the trip special and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The entertainment was another highlight. Shout out to our guy Luis and Rolando! There was always something going on, and the energy around the resort was fun without feeling overwhelming. Whether it was daytime activities or evening shows, everything was well organized and enjoyable. The only small hiccup was that the à la carte dinners were a bit hit or miss. Some meals were great, others just okay — but honestly, that was the only downside in an otherwise fantastic stay. The property was beautiful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely come back again. Great trip all around!

Fantastic experience. The room was spotless and absolutely huge, it wasn’t just cleaned once daily but they would go into the room at other intervals throughout the day to re-stock drinks and snacks and tidy the room. The drinks are the best drinks I’ve had at an all inclusive, and the staff move fast and are attentive. Food was great for an all inclusive, you’re always going to get a slightly mass-produced feel with the buffets at an all inclusive because of the sheer volume that is cooked/needed. But all in all no complaints other than slightly slow service at the A la Carte restaurants. We flew here from the UK which meant a 10 hour flight, but I’d much rather fly 10 hours to come here than get a shorter flight to Greece/spain etc. Beautiful beaches and fantastic atmosphere.
