Our 6 nights at Fantasia were fantastic. Staff is pleasant, food is good and facilities are well kept. I would definitely return with my family. To give you an idea of the quality of the administration when I casually offered a cleaning lady my kids old clothes she had to have me sign a waiver. FWIW I travel south every winter (CUN, PUJ, VRA, LIR) and so I have stayed at many resorts. Hope this helps!

Recently, we visited in February at Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana, and it was truly a great experience. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Luckily, we got a castle-view room on the ground floor, and we really enjoyed the lovely view from our balcony. The buffet at the Fantasia lobby was excellent, offering a wide variety of food for everyone — from meat lovers to vegans and vegetarians. There was an impressive selection of dishes, sweets, and drinks available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also explored different buffet areas, including the Esmeralda lobby and the Amber area, and each had something unique to offer. The bars were fantastic as well, with a great variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The beach was beautiful and very clean, and the water was crystal clear. We watched the sunrise every single morning — the vibrant colors, peaceful atmosphere, and fresh breeze made it such a joyful and relaxing experience. Room service was extraordinary and super fast. We ordered breakfast and evening snacks a few times, and the service was consistently excellent. Overall, our experience at Bahia Principe Fantasia was fantastic and unforgettable. We were a group of 14 people, and every single one of us truly enjoyed the property.

We just stayed at Bahia Principe Fantasia and it was absolutely fantastic! It’s such a great resort for kids — my son loved every single minute of it. There was always something fun for him to do, and he truly enjoyed everything. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pools are amazing — perfect for both relaxing and having fun. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to come back as soon as we can! 🌴✨

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness that makes every guest feel special. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. A special thank you to Gavilin at the front desk, who is always professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. He makes check-in smooth and takes the time to make sure every detail is handled with care. We also want to recognize Carolina, the supervisor at the Beach Grill, who does an outstanding job. Her leadership shows in the service and the positive atmosphere around the restaurant. She is friendly, attentive, and truly cares about the guest experience. The cabana and beach chair support team is fantastic as well — always helpful, organized, and ready to assist with a smile. They make relaxing by the beach effortless and enjoyable every single day. Also the bartenders do an amazing job keeping our cups full and always serving with a smile, shout out to Juan at the main pool he’s the best! After 10 visits, we can confidently say the consistency in service, hospitality, and attention to detail keeps us coming back year after year. This resort doesn’t just provide a vacation — it creates an experience that feels like family. We’ll definitely continue returning to Bahia Principe Fantasia. Our flight was cancelled and we missed the first day of our booking, but thanks to Liza and Nairobi, our stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia became truly special. They welcomed us warmly and, after learning it was our Anniversary trip, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They also helped us get a refund for the missed night, which we truly appreciated. The food, activities, and overall experience were excellent for family fun. As vegetarians, we were very happy with how supportive the staff was in helping us find and enjoy vegetarian dishes. Liza and Nairobi — you are amazing!
