Our stay at Balcones del Atlántico was nothing short of exceptional. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, with stunning accommodations that make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service, especially from Xavier. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The combination of luxury, comfort, and personalized attention is hard to find. We loved every minute of our visit and honestly could have stayed forever. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨🫶🏼

Incredible location, but the service is absolutely terrible. Spent two days calling about a gas leak in the kitchen and the AC unit not working to not have it resolved. Wouldn’t book again, theres much better options in the area for the price. Also, entire complex needs some serious maintenance work.

Don't ever think of coming here during Easter week. Chaos in the streets and in front of the hotel. We couldn't even sleep with all the noise outside. People partying in the street until almost dawn. And that was every night we stayed there.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. During our stay, we encountered multiple spiders in the room, including on the bed, which immediately raised serious hygiene and safety concerns—especially since we were traveling with a small child. In addition, there was a power outage, and the bathroom door locked with my child inside, creating a very stressful and potentially dangerous situation. The room also had visible structural issues, including a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Communication and response from the property were extremely poor, and these issues were not resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. Given the safety risks, lack of proper maintenance, and overall conditions, we did not feel comfortable staying and had to make alternative arrangements.
