Very poor service

The worst service. If you have a life-or-death emergency, don't come here. The first incident I experienced a few years ago was when we took my wife in for abdominal pain. They ran tests and detected an ectopic pregnancy, but the doctor who saw the results didn't tell us anything. She sent us home, and we left thinking everything was fine. A few days later, my wife had severe pain, and to make a long story short, she ended up losing an ovary. And about six days ago, I took my 73-year-old father in because he was showing symptoms of another thrombosis and was vomiting. He was right there in the emergency room, and they didn't attend to him; they just made him wait his turn. In the end, both cases, my wife's and my father's, turned out well. Because of the pain, I didn't take my wife to Baserquillo; I took her to San Cristóbal. If I had taken her there, she would be dead today. My father was the same. When we saw that he would be placed after everyone who arrived earlier, even though it was a life-or-death emergency, we rushed him to Pina, which is a hospital we can be proud of. My advice for Baserquillo is this: it shouldn't be a security guard who decides which case goes first; at the very least, a nurse should do it. How is it possible that a 73-year-old man arrives with symptoms of what appears to be thrombosis and vomiting, and they tell him to sit there and wait his turn? They're abusive.

Some doctors provide very poor service. For example, the person in the records department just keeps wandering around, and there's a line in their area. This isn't right. If you don't want to work, then leave. We all have responsibilities here, and everyone suffers because of one person.

Terrible service. Especially the woman who schedules appointments at reception. I hope they can change their attitude and treat people properly.

Very clean
