Nice rooms, but they need some "love". Water takes very long to get "warm" or stays cold at all. Cleaning is not the best.

Stay away ! False advertising. We paid for overnight stay in a room with a jacuzzi that never worked , aside from it having mold and a bee hive near it , we called 3 times for them to fix it and they never came. When we asked if we could speak to the manager she left us on hold until we gave up, didn’t allow us in the front office either . don’t expect good service as this place lacks that . Oh for cherry on top our room didn’t have hot water . We spent a total of $200 usd in the room and breakfast and it was a disappointment. Don’t waste your money here. Santiago has better cabin options like Tahiti .

Great service 10+ rooms cleans , jacuzzi pretty good

Beautiful place. Big clean rooms. Staff was very helpful and let us check other rooms. Will be going back.
