The worst customer service; they're very unprofessional when it comes to answering requests. Their service is very poor. Very different from the Cien Fuego branch.

Bad service. I took out a loan almost three months ago and I go there weekly to complain, and they always tell me they're coming but they never do. I leave paperwork there and they don't give it to the manager when they arrive.
