When 3 times just to get a debit card and the day I received the card I waited 5 hours

There's a cashier who is incredibly rude. She doesn't respect customers' time and will move you to a different line because of her lunch break, even though everyone else is on their lunch break. She won't even finish serving you if you have another deposit. Las Colinas Bank.

To open a savings account, you have to go at 7 in the morning, and out of 11 million Dominicans, only 10 people are assisted, according to the girl in the business area. But I went to another branch and they attended to me right away.

Terrible service. I was recently at this bank, and when I arrived, there was a super long line, but I joined it anyway. After waiting in that line for two and a half hours, when I finally got to the teller, they told me I had to join the line outside. I was frustrated because they hadn't told me beforehand which line I should be in depending on what I was going to do. Then I went to an office where a young woman was. I spoke to her to ask her something, and she completely ignored me, even though she knew I was there. I waited a few minutes. Then the security guard noticed I was still standing by the young woman's door and told me to leave. I didn't understand why; I wasn't doing anything wrong. They didn't treat me well at all, and they didn't even bother to help me. The guard just kicked me out. I didn't understand anything.
