The blonde woman who greets you at the entrance is incredibly rude and in a terrible mood. It's hardly appropriate to have her at reception. She's a blonde with green eyes, and she seems new because I've never seen her before.

The worst service. Everything is incredibly slow, from customer service to the cashier, it's awful. They're slow at everything; I'd give them fewer stars if I could. I waited for three hours with only ten people ahead of me. It gets worse every day. Improve your service, because it's useless, a complete disaster.

The service is terrible, today I was in the corresponding line in 2nd place at the wall. On the front of the bank, that is, outside there were 10 people, half an hour later they claimed to be the first and the security agreed with them, they were certainly there but outside the bank and me and 7 other people were in the corresponding line and they didn't give us our turn and a fight almost broke out because the security doesn't enforce order and rules, I hope they can solve this problem, people should line up where they should not outside

Checkout lines can be a real problem sometimes. Today I spent 25 minutes in a line that didn't move at all. Only two cashiers were actually working, out of a total of four. Sometimes they were busy with something other than serving the people in line. To make matters worse, after such a long and unnecessary wait, you can't even use your cell phone because they don't allow it...
