The worst bank in the Dominican Republic; they're only saved by being affiliated with Western Union. But it's unacceptable that they treat their customers like this; I can only imagine how they treat their employees.

Why offer credit cards in dollars if I need a dollar account to pay for them, and if I don't have one, I have to go to one of their few establishments to pay? I wouldn't say it's bad service, they're thieves.

I have never been so pleased visiting a bank. Excellent and friendly service.
