Opened 2 digital accounts and after 1 month later the process is still incomplete. I can't even close them.

Gotta hate this bank. It's expensive, understaffed and has ABSOLUTELY ZERO reward programs in any of their products. Don't open an account here, go to BHD or APAP instead.
