I recommend this branch if you're going to use the checkout area or the ATMs. They have 3 ATMs (usually at least 2 in operation), which means lines aren't that long, with the exception of numbers 15 and 30, obviously. At the checkout area, if I'm not mistaken, there are 12, while they usually have 6-7 working. Even though the checkout area is crowded, it moves quickly. The last time I went, there were about 15 people in front of me, and I was served in about 15-20 minutes. The tellers are quite fast, and for the most part, they know the process very well. The 3 stars are saved by the checkout area, as the service area is terrible. There must be a design flaw in this branch, because the wait can't be that long, and once you get served, woe betide you if you have more than one transaction. Obviously, agents want to serve as many customers as possible, and I think this makes many of them want to get out of your way quickly. I avoid going to customer service as much as possible, but when I do, I go with everything I have pending. The times I've gone to the second or third errand, there's a tendency not to help you. Being in Bella Vista, there's a lot of customer service traffic, so they have about six gas stations, but I've never seen more than three operating at the same time. They need to do something with the operations manager.

Look how unscrupulous our "friends" at Banco Popular are! If you go to a branch, take a number from the machine, and make the mistake of selecting "withdrawal," prepare to easily wait an hour. These people give the lowest priority to this type of service at the teller window, as if the time of someone who comes to get "their money" has no value. You'll have to watch a multitude of people who arrived last and leave first. And if you then want to take a number for a different service, they'll put you in the same queue because they already registered your ID with the first person in line.
