No to much space and limited in some items

Terrible customer service. I think the least trained employees send people to this branch. Besides, the dollar is listed at one price on the app or website, but at the register it's always, always much more expensive. To me, it's misleading advertising. The truth is, I only come here out of necessity. Otherwise, they wouldn't even look at me.

It's a very fast bank because of the number of employees at the branch, and it provides good service. Whenever I'm in the area and need to take care of something at the bank, I use that branch to get it done.

At this branch, I went to file a complaint about their mistake. They charged me tax on a withdrawal from a deposit they made in error, and when I filed the complaint, they didn't follow up, claiming it needed authorization from the manager, who wasn't there because it was Saturday. They told me to come back on Monday, meaning they deduct the tax from my paycheck, and I have to pay for transportation to go back and complain about the mistake they made. You ask to speak to the manager, and they give you the runaround to avoid talking to her.

The bank with the dirtiest tactics. I finished paying off a loan in September and to this day I have made more than 7 visits and they have not given me my balance letter. According to the service agents, the system related to this process is malfunctioning.
