The worst customer service in all of Santo Domingo. I had to go three days in a row to get a certificate serviced, and in the end, it was resolved very poorly with a one-minute phone call.

I feel right at home. The cashiers are incredibly friendly, and the customer service is very knowledgeable; they won't let you leave until you're completely satisfied. As for the manager, Austria Serret is simply wonderful—an excellent elevator and a truly wonderful person.
