I scheduled an appointment, and when I arrived at the branch, they told me I had to take a regular number because the ticket machine was freezing up. What's the point of this system if it's out of service? This is the second time this has happened to me at the same branch.

The branch is clean and very organized, they are very efficient. I went to take out a loan and they served me super fast; I received my disbursement the next day.
