Went to exchange EUR to DOP, staff are told i cant do so, (even i did exchanged it this year at Ahora Mall and Puerto Plata branches)

The place is great as long as you don't go during busy hours.

Terrible customer service, at least at the teller window. I went to cash a check, and while I was being helped, the teller left the branch, leaving me standing there like an idiot, waiting until finally someone deigned to help me only to tell me I'd have to wait a long time again because the supervisor had to check the check number. AWFUL service, leaving a customer waiting for hours unnecessarily. VERY POOR management.

I really like it. I've been with them for several days now. What I like most about this bank is that I was assisted by a young man with a slight disability, but he's very special because he works so well. I was delighted with his help. There are so many people with all parts of their bodies who are lazy, and this young man works. For me, he's an inspiration.
