This bank is a scam. When you finance an appliance, they force you to pay for unemployment insurance that ultimately doesn't cover anything. Even if you meet all the requirements, they take over a month only to finally tell you they won't pay you anything. It's blatant robbery. I don't recommend them.

The worst financial setup I've ever seen. For every $200 spent, they charge you an extra $87 at the end of the month. So you spend $200 and pay $287, and that's if you pay on time. Imagine what it costs if you let a few days go by. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Zero stars. Terrible service at their physical location, slow. The WORST part is that before the payment due date, they treat you like a debt collector, calling multiple times a day with more than six people on all your numbers, pressuring you and speaking rudely, and if you complain, they don't respond. If you're a few days late on a payment, they call your work, everyone you know, and put you under immense pressure.

A financial institution that doesn't respect itself should change its opening hours; they never open at 8 AM. At that time, there's no activity inside the bank. A financial institution that doesn't open its doors at the time it's supposed to open should have all its executives replaced.

The worst bank ever. You go and spend up to two hours in customer service, and the employees with simple registration processes take a thousand years. I'll never go back.
