Terrible service. Extremely slow procedures, lack of coordination among internal staff. I do not recommend doing business with this bank.

Low rates

The worst bank in the country. They activated the card themselves without my consent and then forced me to pay a 1600 peso opening fee even though I hadn't used it. When I went to the branch to cancel it, with the account balance at zero, they gave me a document to start the cancellation process, but they didn't destroy the card or keep it. They told me I had to take it with me and wait for a call from an operator to continue the cancellation. The operator never called. When I contacted the main office, they told me the request was rejected because "they couldn't reach me," which is completely false, since almost a month passed and I never received a call. This all seems like a strategy to force you to keep the card. They are scammers. I do not recommend this bank.

Es difícil con palabras expresar la frustración de haber tenido una tarjeta con éste banco, uffff..., te envían la tarjeta y después el apocalipsis. Primero: la bloquearon en mi 2do consumo, nadie sabía el porqué, Segundo: no sabían la fechas de corte y pago, después que pude conseguir la información era errónea y se me hizo un cargo por atraso, más luego me envían vía WhatsApp por automatizado lo que se suponía debía pagar, tampoco correspondía, y por supuesto, otro cargo, fui a cancelarla, me recibieron el pago, y para darme la carta de saldo tenia que esperar, por supuesto, me pegaron otro cargo más. Al final, y rogándole a Dios que hoy que voy a pagar el nuevo cargo no me salga otro inconveniente a favor de ellos. No creo que yo tenga excusas, pues la esposa mía me lo advirtió desde qué me la ofertaron y no le hice caso; ella tuvo una experiencia peor.

Fraud alert: This bank lies to sell you products. They tell you loans have no early payment penalties, that the accounts have no minimum balances, that if you're even one day late, they charge you a huge late fee, they don't handle your complaints, they prevent you from speaking to the manager, etc. They're liars and they hire people who mock your complaints to your face. The worst bank in the country. Please don't take any products from them because I guarantee you'll regret it.
