Ok customer service, not that good of an experience overall

I haven't been a customer of this bank for very long, but the service you receive from the moment you walk into this branch is incredible—the security guards, customer service, tellers. I'm only giving it 5 stars for service because there aren't any more I could give!

It's a scam if you swipe a card from another bank, every time you enter it alone. To enter it, they charge you 60 pesos for a balance withdrawal and even for entering it between my reservation card at that bank and they charge me 200 pesos for pulling a balance and withdrawing one. It's a scam.

Currently one of the best banks, competitive interest rates, excellent customer service and teller service, everything well organized, keep it up 👍🏽

AND WHAT DO YOU WANT??? FOR THEM NOT TO CHARGE YOU?? OPEN YOUR OWN BANK OR TELL YOUR DAD TO BUY YOU ONE!!
