The worst bank ever. If you have another option, don't open an account with that bank; it's useless. I've had problems with my cards for a month, and I've gone to the bank three times and called about four times, and they haven't resolved anything.

Horrible, simply horrible. After waiting in line, they told me to go inside and I sat for 30 minutes waiting for customer service. There were three girls talking on their phones and a lot of noise. They never helped me. When I told the security guard that my time was valuable too, all he did was laugh. What a joke. Luckily, they're not the only bank here.
