My experience with BSC is as follows: whenever I've needed financial assistance, this is the only bank that looks for ways to help me with what I need, not with what they want to give me. Therefore, this is my favorite; it's fast, efficient, and has good service.

To get a refund, this is the only bank where you have to file a claim, and they "review" whether they can reimburse you. Example: 1. I buy something on Amazon. 2. I decide to cancel it. 3. Amazon refunds me. 4. This is the ONLY bank where I have to go, file a request, and then, after 30 days, they "analyze" whether they can refund money that Amazon already gave me. They steal money from people who receive refunds and, due to lack of time or knowledge, don't claim it. Never go to this bank, please; there are better options.
