Excellent service from Ana Lugo, Assistant Business Manager, and other staff on the business team. Also, the new security team, very friendly and helpful. The best branch. It would be nice if they implemented a shift system, but otherwise, the experience has been very good so far, especially thanks to the service provided by Miss Ana Lugo.

The Haitian cashier was very unpleasant and presumptuous with customers and inefficient, to say the least; a terrible experience.
