I really hope I never have to go back to that branch. It's incredibly slow, and even with no one there, customer service is practically useless. I hope I never return.
The service is too slow, I went at 3 pm on a normal weekday and stood in line (stop) for about an hour. The line has to be outside the branch (even if it's raining, which was the case when I went) and they let people in two at a time. If it had been packed or payday, I would understand a little more, but there weren't so many people. In total, there had to be about 15 people ahead of me at the checkout area. It's unbelievable that they spend 57 minutes serving 15 people. I don't know if all the bank's branches are like this, but this is the first time I've been to this branch and I didn't feel like going back. They have very good products, but they need to improve the services they offer their customers.
They need to establish a queuing system for customers going to customer service. Unfortunately, when customers arrive at the branch, they have to ask who's next in line, which reflects a lack of organization and logistics. I've been there several times, and there's always a mess with the queuing system, to the point that some very rude people go straight to the service desk without asking. The negligence on the part of the staff is so great that they don't even ask if it's their turn or know what's going on because, as I mentioned, THERE IS NO LOGISTICS OR ORDER.
Customer service is inefficient. I've called and gone to the branch numerous times to report that I'm not receiving consumer alerts. They're idiots, they never know anything, and if you file a report, they never give you the report number.
Super fast services
