Good customer service

This is one of the banks with the worst processes in the Dominican Republic. Do not do business with this bank, especially if it involves loans.

They did everything they could to get me out of the bank, and they succeeded: terrible service, fraud, negligence... and there's no way to escalate the abuses. The managers know it and laugh at me. I just ran into my uncle at the branch (the former Governor of the Central Bank), and they treated him with disrespect, telling him to take a ticket—an elderly gentleman, no less! Unbelievable!

Terrible customer service. If I didn't get paid by that bank a long time ago, I would have closed that account. They should offer a zero-star rating because they don't deserve even one.

I received good service, although not very quickly.
