Ok ok
I paid my balance on Thursday, January 22nd, and they said they would deliver the documents—balance statement and registration—within 5 business days. I called to confirm on Thursday the 29th and they told me it was ready and to come by. When I went, they told me it wasn't available because it had been sent to Puerto Plata. I'm wondering what those documents are doing in Puerto Plata? They told me to wait and that they would call me, but they didn't give me an exact date. I called today and the same thing happened. They tell me the documents are ready, and when I go, they say they're still in Puerto Plata. I don't understand what the mess is... they're not giving me any clear answers!
The worst ones—check the contract very carefully; it has many irregularities that will ultimately make you lose out. It's better to take a bank loan and pay less money; they even charge you 5% for making partial payments toward the principal. In the end, I lost my car, but some products and glasses worth at least 4,000 pesos were stolen. Some thieving bailiffs also personally asked me for a sum of money to say they couldn't find me. I think his name was Javier.
Terrible customer service at that branch; those women are in a terrible mood. I've been twice and I'm never going back there so I don't lose my mind.
Terrible, they don't answer the phone and their customer service is awful. Everything is bad.
