They should remove the customer service phone line because I call everywhere and nobody answers. I recently tried to call from 9 am and it wasn't until 1 pm that I finally got through. No way! The minutes aren't free.

The service itself isn't bad. However, on several occasions I've tried to arrive right at opening time to be among the first in line, since they say they open at 8:30 am and the staff isn't arriving until 9:00 am. They should try to improve that aspect.

They give you a balance statement, and when you're in line at the tax office, you realize that the blessed statement wasn't pre-authorized, wasting your time. Terrible service.

This bank blocks you if you're late on a payment, and the process of wasting time waiting in line for service, then waiting for a call to find out the amount due, and then having to wait in line to pay when they should send you directly after all the waiting, didn't happen to me but to the person I'm with, but I personally won't do anything with this bank because of that system.
