It's a very flexible bank with its customers, and it also has a highly trained staff. Most importantly, when it comes to opening a line of credit, they offer more options than other banks, including loans, credit cards, and other services. They have ample parking and ATMs open 24 hours a day.

The worst experience. A shady bank with dubious and unscrupulous methods. The staff leaves much to be desired. Loan sharks are more conscientious and respectful than this so-called bank.

They need to be more flexible with their hours, as the current schedule doesn't allow me to make transactions like card payments and deposits. For example, I work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which doesn't allow me to make payments. At least extending the hours until 7:00 PM is one of the reasons I'm going to cancel my card, along with the parking situation.

Poor service at the checkout, slow service, at lunchtime they only leave 1 cashier providing service and the supervisor is a bit pedantic.

They take too long to serve you, and cashing a simple check takes even longer; they need to improve their service.
