I'm currently having difficulties with a branch of this company in Nagua, which offers various services including paying fines and vehicle registration fees, etc. I paid a traffic fine through them a month ago, and the bank hasn't processed the payment. I've been receiving assistance with my claims from Ms. Guillermina Ramos. Therefore, I urge you not to make any transactions of this nature with the bank until I see a resolution. They are unprofessional and unethical; when you take out a loan, they treat you rudely, defaming their clients and sharing things that are supposed to be confidential because they are a banking institution.
