PedidosYa sent me a refund to my account, but the bank kept the money and never returned it. They withheld almost 3,000 pesos.

The lawyer at this branch is verbally abusive and mistreats customers. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 This bank is primitive and outdated; they don't offer debit or credit cards, and with that lawyer/manager, I don't recommend this office. You will never be like Banreservas and Banco Popular, real banks that develop the country.

It's a very efficient company, and the workers are very attentive and caring. The security guard is also very efficient and kind. God bless them all.
