The bank itself is fine. I've been with them for years. I've taken out more than 10 loans with them, with the bank itself, but this branch is terrible. Very different from the others. In Esperanza, Valverde, they treated me like family; they even offered me a job. The manager was brilliant, but at this branch, everything is a mess. I've had to go to other banks to apply for loans when I could have done it here. The agent who helps me is awful, the tellers are incredibly slow, and the customer service is terrible—they don't know what they're doing. I only took out this last loan so I wouldn't have to hand over the check because of the poor treatment.

Very good. An opportunity for entrepreneurs. The staff is very attentive. They have another branch at the entrance to Las Palmas de Herrera, Plaza Siglo XXI, Santo Domingo Oeste. Here they offer loans for school supplies, and also offer easy installment plans for tablets, cell phones, computers, and smart TVs.
