The checkout lines are very fast; the most time is lost in customer service.

Customer service is extremely poor. Changing a debit card takes over 45 minutes, and they ask a million questions supposedly to update the system, but in the end, your information is still incorrect. They waste valuable time. I was served by employee number 4! A terrible service experience!
