Heed the reviews and don't go to this branch. I waited two hours (with five people ahead of me and four customer service employees). And when the girl finally helped me, she only updated my information and told me to request the product (a credit card) I was applying for by calling 960. Do you think that's even possible? First and last time I'll ever visit this branch. The worst part is that no one cares about providing good service.

Sucursal bien ubicada y de fácil acceso en el sector Gazcue. Ofrece atención para los principales servicios bancarios, con personal generalmente amable y dispuesto a orientar a los clientes. El área se mantiene organizada y cuenta con cajeros automáticos funcionales. Aunque en horas pico puede haber espera, el servicio es eficiente y cumple con los estándares del banco. Una opción confiable para realizar gestiones financieras en la zona.

Since September, I've been trying to contact this branch and have never had any luck. Calls go unanswered, they don't offer clear solutions, and customer service is practically nonexistent. The lack of follow-up, disorganization, and unwillingness to help make any transaction unnecessarily complicated. It's frustrating to waste time and time again without receiving any answers or support. I definitely do not recommend this branch. They urgently need to improve their customer service and communication channels.

There are very few staff to serve the large number of customers who always come; out of 8 service counters, only two or three are available, and the long lines make the wait horrible.
