Excellent service at this bank. We have a business account here and always get first class service. The interior design is a bit art deco with old style teller cages.

Waited 1.5 hours only to be told they can't give me dollars, after the customer agent at the front confirmed I could (otherwise why wait?) A collosal waste of time, sadly.

ATM will only let you take 10,000.DOP per transaction so they can charge you multiple transaction fees .. SCAMMERS

Beautiful. I love it. You just have to get a ticket for everything. But the service is good and it's super convenient.
