Hello. I don't recommend this bank; the customer service is incredibly slow. I've been here since 12:30 pm, and it's now 2:10 pm, and I still haven't been helped. The customer service system only has five numbers, and they're still on number two. I arrived when they were on number one.

Some abusers, two tellers for regular people and one for elderly people, and they force someone into the regular teller window to deposit 1 million pesos. Two hours counting.

What other branches handle for me in the customer service line (account transactions and reference letters), here they make me wait in a queue for customer service. So the almost half hour I spent in line turned into more than four hours, and I had to leave without getting anything resolved.

The cashiers are fast, but they're always understaffed and overwhelmed. Each visit to this branch will take at least an hour of your time.

The worst experience, only one assistant in service, the registers are extremely slow and the information person has little ethics, I hope the manager doesn't improve the service at that branch.
