The worst branch. Yesterday I went to the drive-thru bank and at 3:20 pm it was supposedly closed, even though the hours are until 4 pm and they do that every day.

Of all the Banreservas branches, this one can be considered the worst. The service is beyond terrible. The security staff act like they own the bank, they're not attentive to their jobs, and then they expect the customer to pay for their mistakes. After waiting 30 minutes in a line that never moved, a security guard came to ask why I was in that line and expected me to start another line where several people had already joined me after I arrived. Honestly, they should close that branch or replace all the staff and recruit capable people to do the job. To make matters worse, I went to another branch about 10 kilometers away, resolved my issue, and returned in less time than I spent waiting in line at this one. It's regrettable, but it's there for nothing.
