They work till 3pm only.... And their ATM for deposit money never works, month ago didn't work, 2 month ago didn't work, today again... And it's the only ATM of banreservas for deposit in all area... So, awful bank. Once all my money from debit card just disappear when I tried to pay in supermarket and in couple hours this bank sent me email that they have some issues. They reterned my money only in 2 days after...

The close at 4:00 pm in the afternoon and its always packed.

The worst bank, the worst experience. Inhumane treatment, hostile, hateful people. I don't know if it's because it's in a rough neighborhood, or if they're underpaid, or just fed up. They have a problem with everything, they don't look for solutions. Three hours waiting and they still haven't answered today. What a feeling of helplessness. If you don't want to fight or make a fuss, don't go there, I'm telling you.
