Food is great

Unfortunately, this branch offers terrible service. You have to wait in line for hours to complete any transaction for no reason. To make matters worse, with only 20 minutes left before closing time, they stopped accepting customers, even though it was during business hours. I recommend visiting another branch if possible, and if this is your only option, be prepared to wait two hours or more, or have a lot of patience. 😩🫣 PS: This happened to me today. I arrived at 3:40 pm, and they wouldn't even let me join the extremely long line because they weren't accepting anyone else.

It's a very good branch, it's close by, however, they still have a security guard at the door who lets everyone he knows go ahead of him under the pretext that they're a referral, instead of enforcing the clause that says a referred customer must wait in line for at least three other customers before going to the register. This lack of security doesn't make it a great branch, but it doesn't deserve 5 stars.

You need to change your closing time because it's not fair that the website says you close at 5:00 and when you arrive you close at 4:00.

The service is terrible because it's so slow; I was standing there waiting for over an hour. Plus, the line wasn't even that long, and people who went in were taking forever to get inside.
