Please stay away from this bank. Worst customer service and unable to do simple transactions like open a bank account if you don’t live in the country. Staffs are rude and will favoritism people that they know. Please stay away from this bank.

This is the largest financial institution in the country and yet, it is one of the most efficient.

I WANT TO REPORT POOR SERVICE AT YOUR BANK. I applied for a business account on August 21st. It's been 3 months now. No one can tell me anything. I need to speak to the manager. It's unbelievable! 3 months! With all the required documents. I've sent emails, contacted them through Instagram, and nothing! I need a solution.

The wait time for customer service is outrageous. Empty cubicles or staff chatting while customers wait. They need to improve customer service because it's unacceptable that with only five people ahead of a number, it takes over an hour to get served.
