Great atmosphere! We had a great time! So much fun. Beers were cold. Service was great and fast.

One of the staples of Santiago, this bar always had a great atmosphere with locals coming to listen to authentic live Dominican music.

I was really excited to go on a Sunday night as a solo foreign traveler. When I first arrived around 10:00 p.m. it was totally empty. I came back around midnight and it was packed. So when I entered I sit down at an empty table. The female staff told me I cannot sit there unless I ordered a bottle of alcohol. Okay so I moved to the back of the building which faces the street and there another staff lady approaches me. I want a beer. She tells me that you can only order five beers. I'm by myself what am I going to do with five beers? At this point I'm turned off. It's obvious they don't want my business. Plus the energy isn't as great as TBD monumental and I leave. I don't think I'll ever go back.

I went with a group of girlfriends to see a live tipico show and had a blast. If you want a table on a busy day, show up early and reserve it.
