Terrible service. I organized a party there, and both the owner and his wife, who manages the bar, provided awful service. They were completely unhelpful, making gestures and excuses for everything. They claimed they were doing us a favor by lending us the space, even though I was paying the same price they quoted me… A FAVOR? Seriously, they left the place like a pigsty, with an absolutely disgusting stench. When I demanded hygiene, they just made excuses and acted reluctantly. The chairs were filthy, and the glass was covered in dust. I had to call a friend before the party even started. We rented a package and made it very clear to the bartender that if guests ordered anything outside the package, they would be reminded to pay for it. When I brought up the extra drinks again, she said she'd told my boss, as if it were him. From the beginning, she was clear that I was in charge of the event. The worst service of my life. Well, they didn't even tell us to carry it for us without saying anything. If you're going to rent somewhere, I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I celebrated my birthday there and the service was terrible, the owners' attention was awful, and they showed zero concern for the customer. The waitress, who seemed to be one of the partners or had some connection to the owner, spent the entire night on a video call outside the bar; we had to go find her every time we needed something. I booked a birthday package that included shots, and they never served them. I asked for birthday candles when I made the reservation, and they confirmed they had them, but when it came time to sing "Happy Birthday," there were no candles. The "waitress" told me she wasn't going to make one if they didn't have any. They only found one for me because I got angry and demanded they do it. Overall, it's a total disaster! I don't recommend it.

I booked the private space to celebrate my birthday. It went really well; Alex was always attentive, and we always had drinks available.

Excellent venue! We held a private event there, and everything was great—the service and attention from both the staff and the owner. Absolutely fantastic! 100% recommended.

Excellent place! The location, the music, and the service were all fantastic. The owner was incredibly attentive. I would go back a thousand times over. Thank you so much for making my birthday a wonderful night. P.S.: Two of my friends also have birthdays in August, and we booked there too. Highly recommended!
