Audosia De Los Santos and Henry Lora who greeted us and took care of the services were so wonderful and made our stay a great one. I love the hospitality that I received here and would love to stay here every time I come to visit this area. Thank you to Blanis C, Iliana R, and Belki for always greeting me with a smile and providing exceptional service in the dining area. They were very helpful even though I didn't speak Spanish well. The spa was very clean and professional. They did an amazing job on all of the services I had. Madeline Quiterio was amazing. I love how she paid attention to details and to my needs. I would visit this place everyday if I could. Thank you so much to the lovely ladies that did such an amazing job. Aurelio A was one of the first ones we met coming through the doors and he helped us with our needs as we checked in and checked out. He was so kind and anticipated our needs to help with a smooth check in process. Everyone is so nice and accommodating here.

The dining experience was also outstanding, with quality food that satisfied every meal. Throughout my entire stay, I felt completely safe and secure, which is so important when traveling. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The Mr. Casado guy did excellent job and the cook did an excellent job preparing meals that were flavorful, fresh, and well presented. Loved the experience! They were very accommodating for our big group and the food was delicious. I specially loved the paella. The pool is very spacious and was very fun. The workers were very helpful and quick. Really recommend for people with kids and even those without. I have stayed for the hotel and for the pool day pass as well. You will love it too.
