You go on a sunday afternoon the place is empty and employees take my order for Tuna sandwich which the price when up on, I ask for cheese on and French fries. The order comes without any cheese, the tuna seems like it was the last bit in container and the worst part is I said something and all the employees stayed standing without a clue. 450 pesos and I stayed hungry and nobody cared. Everybody likes to get paid but nobody cares to work or for quality of service. A shame. Muy malos son.

Ok place

Not the best service . With the club sandwich they gave us only a few fries, like 8 fries. The biggest complaint is that the menu says one thing and they charge another. The manager or who ever it was (Jesus) tried to justify why it was more but there is nothing in writing stating that’s their law. He tried to charge us without a receipt then brought a small receipt when we asked for it, he refused to give us a detailed receipt until we paid. He said he charged extra because we ate there but we asked the customers next to us and they weren’t being charged for eating there at the bar. No one ever specified at any moment that there was percentage added for eating there. Completely dishonest in his part and definitely bad business. Over charging customer to make a little extra cash. You can see on the receipt the extra charges comparing to the menu. We live close by but we will never buy there again. It’s not even about the extra charge but about the dishonesty and the fact that they steal from their customers. Very bad business for this franchise.
